Workout history in Delts collapses by default and expands per session. That sounds trivial, but a long scrollable list of every set you've ever done is noise. You want to see your sessions, then drill into one.

Under the hood, each completed session also syncs to Apple Health as a workout. That means Delts plays nicely with the rest of the iOS health ecosystem instead of trapping your data. Your rings, your trends, your other apps all see the work.

Apple Health integration is optional and two-way for the metrics that make sense: you can import and write weight, body fat, and workouts. The principle is that Delts owns your training experience but never holds your data hostage.
