Billing Signals (10 pts):

The Stripe or Chargebee API monitors seat count changes (last 60 days), plan modifications, and cancellation events daily. No seat change = 10 pts. Minor reduction = 5 pts. Significant seat reduction, plan downgrade, or CANCELLATION_INITIATED = 0 pts.

A CANCELLATION_INITIATED event overrides composite score and immediately cascades the account to CHURN_RISK — triggering a Slack alert to CSM and VP RevOps regardless of engagement or champion scores. The CONTRACTION_SIGNAL flag (seats down greater than 10% in 60 days) is the early warning: the account is reducing footprint before formally renegotiating.
