What You’ll Be Doing
Represent one of our U.S. identities during job interviews with top U.S. tech companies
Communicate professionally with recruiters, HR reps, and technical teams
Coordinate with our internal team to fully understand the candidate’s technical background
Optionally contribute to ongoing project work post-hire
Manage 2–3 roles at a time, depending on your bandwidth

What We’re Looking For
Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of software engineering (web, backend, cloud, etc.)
Confidence in both behavioral and technical interview settings
Availability for ongoing remote collaboration
