How to Wake Up Anachronistic Politicians: A Freedom Manifesto

This text is a manifesto of contemporary Polish libertarianism, stemming from negative experiences with an oppressive state apparatus. The author analyzes the evolution of libertarian attitudes, pointing to the need to move away from anachronistic etatism in favor of voluntary relationships. The article presents specific legislative tools, such as the abolition clause, the anti-substitution rule, and the educational voucher, which aim to significantly reduce bureaucracy and fiscal coercion. The proposed reforms also include the deregulation of professions and a market-based approach to environmental protection through the concept of ecological tort. This is a call for building a state that respects citizen sovereignty and promotes civil liability instead of bureaucratic guardianship.
